There are two Coalition reps in the bar, both in blue uniforms. If neither will deal with you, it's because you're already hostile towards the coalition. Did you go to Altair or something before trying to get the bribe? In that case, I'm not sure if it'll be possible to get on thier good side (unless you make another char or someting). I've never had this problem before; it's sort of weird... -
I would have to agree. As the new factions don't seem to have proper dimplomacies towards the vanilla factions (more or less), making one angry at you is pretty much irreversible. Maybe the Order, Coalition, ASF, and CSF will start taking sides in 1.62 ;)? Hehehe
