@PC As I see it, the problem is more complex than that. I have taken over running the Big Race, I have not missed a week since January. Yet in that time the race has only run on probably 50% of the nights, why? Because only 1 or 2 people have shown up. This is despite the best efforts of the SP to advise people of its running.
