i agree with chief the result is unclear because on the political map op made it shows a direct route to new Berlin from sigma 13 so technically new berlin is not behind the ASF lines so technically the result is valid However that is pure sophistry and the result is obviously void as the jump hole doesn't work but i think the map needs rechecking to make sure there are no unusable routes that could misinterpreted
