FINALLY A NEW PLANETSCAPE! 1.6 ALL TEH WAY!

what would make 1.6 super awsome - NO CHAR WIPE! But everything else btw looks really cool, its nice to have a variety in landscapes and ships now (will there be any new systems OP?)
