what about people on clans KOS list. They change thier char and we have no clue who they are. Freelancers should only be allowed to have 2 chars not 5 like us. They should only use one name like vagrant. He has vagrant-[trader] and then vagrant. People are changing their names completely differnet they should not be allowed to do that.
