I came under the impression quite awhile ago that you're asking for trouble if you don't somehow group your char names. If your names have no correlation to one another, then putting a bounty on your head or adding you to a KOS list would be entirely ineffective (not that this would ever happen ), as you could just switch chars and act like an innocent bystander.
