they r both excellent ships:) there isnt a big difference between them. both have almost equal manuverability, but i belive that the shroud has marginaly better turnning. here r the following stats of them both: Shroud: guns: 6 armor:9700 cargo:130 max batts/nanos:65 max weps: class 10 all aditional equipment Phoenix: guns/turrets:6/1 armor: 11300 cargo: 120 max batts/nanos: 61 max weps: class 10 all additional equipment take ur pick, and have fun:)
