IMO, out of those two, the shroud is better, but then again, I have always favored speed to defense..... But, my personal favorite ship is the Patriot, the new version, not the LSF crap version....its like the shroud, but faster, and is more agil then the predator, which is more agile than the shroud.

its in regalis, but be warned. It has less armor, therefore faster, so if you get hit alot in pvp, this is not the ship for you.
