@Revan - Please try separate clan issue and server rules issue. Clan issues can/should be solved internally, players can simply ignore all clan rules how much they want, if they like consequences which this can bring on them. If player repeatedly break your rules you can (as clan system owner) decide issue KOS order on that played for "defined" time period and shot this guy anytime (except he is oorp, like participate on organised event) and anywhere (except NY and oorp systems like Arena).
