from what i've seen so far, dil exchange rates only go up whenever something new hits the market (new ships, discounts, new lockbox, ...)the only time rates actually went down was during the the release of Research labbut in most cases they also put ships on a 20% discount, but since the last discount was like 1-1.5 month ago, probably they wont offer any discounts this timebut anyway .. 3.2mio dil ... maybe i'll get the ships around the Xmas time xD
