As far as I heard on the Hutton Orbital Radio at Hutton Orbital - Hutton Orbital , they suggested this CG at LaveCon as a joke and Frontier took it up and made the CG possible. It is afaik the furthest station you can go from a sun and you're not even making profit when selling scrap there.
