I think he may have different problem ... he is going there between vanilla missions and can not get out. ... Thing is that he should not go to X linked systems at all, as there is good chance that with new mission activation he should stuck there. ... Easiest solution is sell pods in Manchester.

@fucihipch vanilla missions allows real break in campaign. There you may have chance get to places which should be (following cf story) revealed later. When during vanilla rise your lvl, it will reactivate campaign and are also activated different 'restrictions' and changes. This is REASON why with your char lvl rise happened that you cannot leave Alaska. This system should be accesed (revealed) later during campaign.

I'll explain little wider: CF is primarily multiplayer mod which serve community here on swat-porta. Next come a fact that MP and SP are closely linked and do even small changes is quite difficult on so huge and complex mod like is CF. With this said there could be better understandable, that player using SP (campaign) cannot do all what is possible without problems in some cases ... and here come portal with our support/explaining and advices.
