Ah, that mission. Here it happen because your partners have as hostile all Outcasts and also Corsairs .. and you can have them green (as happened to me also) ... therefore you not see them and they kill King or Juni. The best way is simply switch left HUD on all ships and attacks any from mentioned above asap. Exactly the same in X-3043 with CSF ships flying around.
