    only way i know of to be friends with them is to get junker bribes, which brings pretty much everyone on to your good side, so you can be neutral with just a few bribes for the junkers. and then you can land on one of there bases and get a bribe just for them, so they will soon be your allies. -Zophar aka *]DK[*Lancelot of the Dark Knights
