The Bloodguard has declared Tohoku a military protective area, and will every pirate and mercs cooporating with them there in a range of 10k around Tekagi's base. Furthermore we want to announce that, given our Role Playing game-role as military clan, we will attack Chaos everywhere we come across them. This declaration will only end when Chaos leaves Sigma 19 and Tohoku.
