Yes, nr 3 and 4 of each group will be eliminated. You can however organize some kind of last place battle.If you have 12 players, everyone should fight each other, you will need 132 battles if I am not mistaken. Given the time a battle (best of 3) takes (5 minutes average), you are looking at a total of 660 minutes. You can't supervise more than 4 battles at a given time, which means the tournament will take at least 2 hrs and 3 quaters.
