Its fully ok ... when such merc die in another duel, respawn and after undock without word attack player docking at gate. Its fully ok for me, but it have consequences :p ... ... I was actually going to kill this pirate which killed this merc (with /ll disabled I had no idea it is mercenary char ... now I know )
