sounds like they were accidentally not mounted. If you are on the landing pad and mount it in your inventory (F7 menu), it may show mounted but not be mounted in reality.This happened to me too in the past.If you want to be sure it is mounted, visit equipment dealer and check in dealer menu that it is really mounted.
