before servercrash (or whatever that was/is) i had to defend myself (merc attacked me for bounty). from this moment server started lagging and it was impossible to hit the other player. suddenly he was gone and i saw a few of the missiles i shot standing still in space. dunno if this pvp is related to this "crash". i should repeat it today.
