Your registry are not cleaned properly and this very likely lead to problems. Please follow next: open the command shell (Start -> Run) type in "regedit". In the registry search for the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | Wow6432Node | Freelancer Mod Manager There is an entry called "mods\<Name of the mod you have activated>" Select this entry and delete it. Now if you restart the FLMM no mod should be active. Do it and tell result please
