I hope that you share that ISP connection with others (not a private/permanent ip address).Perhaps try to remove yourself from lists at Blocklist Removal Center - The Spamhaus Project (put in your ip) or get a permanent (your own) ip address, to avoid this. It's not unusual that service (internet/server) providers use these blacklists.
