It is a bug. Was reported already but was not solved yet. So far it was getting away with server restart.

One more thing: yesterday when we were in Dervon for event (and mission system was broken) we had problem with making group, because there was "bug" player is on mission. This time it was not normal, bcs everyone "was on mission". Also this dunno if is related to broken mission system.
