Just a suggestion. I think if possible, admins should set up a different faction (not GR) and use it to enforce no access to Lost Paradise.... Through force. Spawning maybe 90 or so Nomad Bomber will encourage people to clear away... or those Nasty Ion Cannons set to fire at everyone and everything.
