Their only utility seems to be for gun power, so with nommie guns u would see no difference. They do slightly help in shooting drain and regen time, enough that it could help in a fight if u are using all-guns.... If u got some missiles mounted then u would never need one except for vanity: I just got it cause i hate to see an empty slot, lol.
