Hi! I have encoutered absolutely the same issue. Tryed to get with differnt way through the Sigma=>X3043 but it didn`t worked for me. After that I followed KZhoL14`s advice and it worked. P.S. The game installed with clean setup.

Unfortunately, the problem remained. I attach pictures. Made 5 minutes ago.

Okay, it seemed that there were some issues with game update process. Tried to remove "read only" checkbox, but didn't helped. Replacing the .ini file helped to solve the issue. Looks like it was not updated or updated incorrectly (dunno). My game got updated every time I launching a single player mode. Never launched a multiplayer mode though.PSLaunching under Win8.1x64. Clean install. No other mods. Under Administrator rights.
