go to Rochester Station, the Junker base in NY and you shall see....Custodian is BG space and is the hub to X-3430 for new players. Once you enter X-3430 you will encounter a boat-load of Nomad gates. These are the gates to the new (and i say new for new players) systems. Nephele should be about one or two gates below you and then once you look inside that sleepership and explore a bit you'll know where to go.
