    no, Huor meant /Freelancer/EXE .. folder where you have installed game. This EXE folder need manually remove protection via its "properties" .. uncheck "read only" and press apply, it should make it.

    Please, we meant FOLDERS ... if you open your Freelancer folder you will see there inside an EXE folder which need remove "read only" flag. (you have checked file)
