The goal of this build is to maximize poleron damage (and boost the shield ignoring proton damage) using the protonic set and the Dyson space set. There is both a drain and exotic damage component to this build. The Gravimetric Torps have a nice AoE effect that works well with Gravity Well and the doff ability that fires multiple torps at up to 5 targets is magnified when all of those targets are grouped in the Gravity Well.
