Recommended is 512 kbit/sec down and 128 kbit/sec up. Anything more is nice, everything less could be introducing problems. Remind you that the figures I gave are for FL pure. Having a 8 Mbit ADSL line, and downloading 7,8 Mbit and trying to play FL on the other 200 kbit will be very laggy.
