that's 2pid i don't like the idea of a shield capacitor... just seems cheap and stuff ships have enough sheilds as they are

lol but no, that's just what i'm saying, that the armor upgrades, plus a shield copacitor is just way overkill... so, there probably will NOT have a copacitor in 1.51 caus' i doubt op would like that idea, but go ahead, ask if you want... i just hope he says no, and that's what i anticipate
