Im really curious about this idea you have. I have one thought that haunts me though and I'd like to share it here.Since the Alliance left the Sol system in sleeper ships, it took about 800 years to reach the Sirius system, then another few hundred years since then.The thought is, if the Alliance was in hibernation for a period of 800 years (except the one sleeper ship that was crippled)...doesnt that mean the Coalition had at least an 800 year head start on technology?
