I supose is about a machine housed on a ISP. Or perhaps if you have a T1 like (simmetrical) connection. In my case, my home connection is a regular adsl, about the housing, i dont want to mess job things with this, neither to ask favours, they are very expensive in the long term. If it werent windoz or if it werent a thing to restart the whole machine often, i would put the thing in one of the servers i have rights, minor favour, not like a complete new and good machine on the ISP.
