Same for Crossfire folder in Freelancer Mod Manager\mods." ? You don't have any programs open which can lock the FL-files - right ?

Not in the game Peaseduke only whiskey and vodka Freelancer (CF) is executed from a copy in the EXE2 folder (you can see it when FL is running), so thats not the issue here.I was referring to "statistical FL programs", as I know 1 program that locks FL files. The EXE2 folder should not be in your FL folder - is it there ?And are you using anykind of virtualization for Windows XP ?

IndexOutOfRangeException is shader related (as i read in other threads). Is your graphics card in the flconfigdatabase.txt file ?
