Actually this maze has sense. One system with than JHs and mine field has to have way to cross that space. Creators of bases in Hiruga put mines to take care for his property, and if you are smart and careful you can dock in right station, in otherways you can jump out right in mine field and die. So for me Hiruga is very well done.
