it's not as difficult as it seems, I worked at an electronics type of store several years ago, my first job there was to tidy up the back of the store, it was like 3 times what's on that pic, it took about 2 hours, just take it one cable at a time and don't touch any other until you've seperated the one you're working on from the rest.
