probably something is incompatible with win8.1. But utrack has to has a look at it. It could be windows libraries or gecko libraries. Have you tried the compatibility modes?

i assume it then has something to do with incompatibilities from gecko with Wn8. I dont have any idea how to solve that. As said utrack has programmed the launcher and needs to have a look at it.
