Okay looking at your error I know this is supported in the following.Supported in: 4.5, 4, 3.5, 3.0, 2.0, 1.1, 1.0But I think you're missing v2.0 .net files.If you un install all and start from scratch including the v2.0 .net files you should be in business.I can test this theory/possible solution later.;)WebException.Response Property (System.Net)
