I've had a couple of issues with some missions.#1-Sometimes after you clear the first wave of NPCs the second wave never shows up causing you to have to abort mission.I'm sure other pilots have experienced this problem.#2-In a dog fight when a enemy ship comes straight at you and you collide,some times the NPC will vanish.Where to, who knows.This is just a few bugs I've encountered lately.
