Not sure that the hook kills someone, the message however might be incorrect and thats what i witnessed. Players are killed across several systems. But that you get killed by this is new to me.

you died because you were in an volatile area. not full strength and full health. That means you would have been died anyway. Thats what i mean. The message is wrong. But the hook has besides and admin command nothing included to kill a player without purpose. You die and the message shown is wrong. But not you die out of a sudden and the message is wrong Anyway i tried to improve the handling hook wise, but it has to be proven if that was the correct approach.
