Bug shield is known, is needed rebuy BS (buy first any cheap fighter, or you will be kicked by anticheat). Which BS it is? please post details using ticket-system.index.php?form=TicketNewI can take care about funds needed for a new BS. Next time better wait with dock untill your shield restore a bit, if you dock with destroyed shield, every BS atm can't be repaired (should be solved in 2.0).
