if i may disagree, pulsars are nearly dead stars which do not forcibly be shine at all. The only stuff that shines is radiation that is mostly send from the poles. Very dense objects of flickering radiation due to their increased rotation speed - you witness pulsaring radiation, once its there then not then there and so on. Hence called pulsars...

No programming skills needed, just some ability to form words that form sentences. Ok, would be nice if in the end its the description of the named moon - but if you have that ability with forming sentences then i dont see any problems. Really.We then take care that its integrated into the right position so the description will be found in game.
