I'm playing the single player version of 1.9. I noticed that when I try to purchase ships at certain bases it says that I don't have enough to purchase it, even if I have well more than needed. I've searched through every single page of the forums, even the threads that have a subject line that has nothing to do with the problem, and haven't found anything on this.
