this is probably for OP to answer. for some time now, I have been receiving e-mails concerning ticket system questions and answers. the e-mail contains a URL that should take the reader to the relevant answer.however, when I get there, on the portal, I am told that I don't have the relevant permissions to be on that page. so, my question is this, why am I being sent these e-mails??? that is all. cheers Ray OK
