I don't think this is a issue with cloaking device as much as I believe it to be a packet loss during the Jumps. Forlon speaks well to this. I have been on this server and been locked in a JH/JG for several minutes just to explode on the other side and have the server tel me I pushed F1 while in between systems. Which didn't happen.
