Hmm, I found that program also a couple days ago. I was wondering what it was and looked it up. Oddly, after I removed it....I seem to have a few less crashes. That really sucks about the overage charge for Zenya.

doesn't matter now...that's been done and ruined my fun...doubt I will bother ever reinstalling the game even tho I liked it alot

I'll probably try this weekend. I'll make sure it's removed and added to blacklist...in case it ever shows up again, at least it shouldn't be able to run in background again.
