Hey guys thanks for the feedback For others experiencing the same issues I was, what actually seemed to do it was uninstalling MSINET.OCX in the command with "regsvr32 /u /s MSINET.OCX", then reinstalling that single file again and applying it accordingly. I don't know why but it seemed to have done the trick! Gave me hope for vista users
