NFSU 2 is better than 1... graphics, tuning whatever.Good for those engine revs, speeding and all... but one important thing's missing: Cops!! Shouldn't they appear sometimes...?? But then again it's just a fantasy city [11] I played it a bit more than i expected because i got curios 'what else should i tune at my car'.... otherwise, u kinda get bored.
