Hello Bogdyar, imo this looks like problem with your anti-virus sw which put files into quarantine. Normally is not reason why should vanish files from Freelancer directory. Those problems are very rare, but if you want be sure this will not repeat, try add whole Freelancer folder into anti-virus Exceptions list. Hope it can help.
