I want only leave note that my Win7 64bit work without a problem with CF. So this can be more likely drivers or system rights issue. p.s.: if is in SP (campaign) on start bought ship without talking first with Juni in bar (and she will give you your first ship), then game will crash when you will try leave Manhattan ... this is FL vanila issue.
