Er - cough - my only comment would be it is difficult enough for doughnut munching cops to arrest drunken pirates as it is - adding a whole bunch new exits to systems would make their job nigh on impossible and they may as well retire from law enforcement. Maybe there should be a few closed systems where you can be trapped? (Secondly and not related maybe those systems could have a 10% increase in rewards or something) Az
